Most patients don’t. Illinois is a direct access state, so patients with commercial insurance and cash-pay patients can schedule an evaluation directly. Medicare has specific requirements for physician involvement, so if you have Medicare, call us at 773-599-3393 and we’ll walk you through it.
What insurance do you accept?
We’re in-network with major plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Medicare. Call our Division Street office before your first visit and we’ll verify your benefits.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first appointment is a full 45-minute, one-on-one evaluation: a detailed history, movement and strength assessment, and hands-on treatment when appropriate. You’ll leave with a working diagnosis and a clear plan.
Will I see the same therapist every time?
Yes. The therapist who evaluated you is the one best positioned to judge whether your plan is working, so continuity is built into how we schedule.
