As someone who is passionate about health and wellness, Annalesa looks forward to working with individuals who want to get stronger, stay healthy, and learn more about how their body moves. Weight lifting, swimming, and pilates keep her busy during the week and she’ll never turn down a long walk or bike ride along the lake or on the 606 in the summer. Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Annalesa spends free time on the weekends visiting family and friends, trying all the trending restaurants, and relentlessly searching for the number one coffee shop in Chicagoland.
